coast anglers await the arrival of the
Cobia. Their migration usually begins in
May and lasts for several weeks. During
this time the anglers cruise the beaches
atop their Cobia towers looking for a
pod of Cobia, usually found around the
waters surface. Ranging from 30 pounds
to 160 pounds these fish will test your
strength and endurance, sometimes
taking an hour to land. If you profess to
being a real sporting soul, try one on a
fly rod.
