Artist notes: This piece depicts a bull elephant, trunk held high as he
senses an intruder. With ears flared he initiates a false charge as a
deterrent to ward of any unwanted intruders. Should the enemy resist
he will then resort to a full out charge. During mating season, bulls are
often challenged by younger bulls for mating rights.
