Lazy Day Romance

Artist notes: During the winter one of my favorite places to be is
Crystal river. I enjoy snorkeling and playing with the Manatees always
taking lots of photos for future reference. This particular pose of two
adult Manatees was caught on film by Nancy Burchett, my friend and
dive companion on this particular trip. As soon as I saw the photos , I
said, " That's it". It was exactly what I was looking for . I then started
the drawings in a search for the suitable surrounding in which to put
these two big teddy bears. It came together rather nicely and became
"Lazy Day Romance"
